Last updated October 3, 2026
This notice covers inquiries through this website, email correspondence and voluntary research conversations about payment workflows. It does not describe a live payment or bank-verification service.
Information you provide
We receive your email address and anything you choose to include in an inquiry. If we ask about your role, organization or workflow, we receive whatever details you choose to share. During research conversations, we may keep notes about your role, organization type, current process and feedback. Please do not share bank details, payment instructions, passwords, identity documents or confidential information belonging to your employer or another person.
Research participation and recordings
Participation is voluntary. You may decline a question or stop a conversation. We do not record interviews by default. The same prior agreement is required for audio or video recording, transcription and AI note-taking tools used by either participant. Any recording requires a separate agreement in advance explaining its purpose, who can access it and when it will be deleted. We do not publish your name, identify your organization in research findings or attribute a quotation to you without separate permission.
How we use information
We use inquiries and research notes to respond, assess interview eligibility, understand payment workflows and improve the product we are developing. An inquiry or interview does not create an account, enroll you in a service or establish a customer relationship. We do not sell this information.
Technical information and service providers
Providers supporting website hosting, security, email and research administration may process information needed to provide those services. Website request data may include IP address, browser type and access time. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Retention
We retain inquiry correspondence and identifiable research notes for up to 12 months after the last related contact, unless you agree to ongoing follow-up or a legal obligation requires longer retention. We may retain de-identified research summaries and coded quotations for the study. Removing a name alone does not make a quotation anonymous; identifying organization details and context must also be removed. Any agreed recording has its own deletion date disclosed before recording.
Your choices and contact
You can ask us to stop contacting you or request access, correction or deletion by emailing contact@moneyid.app. We will consider your request subject to applicable obligations. Privacy rights may vary by location.
Changes
We may update this notice as our activities change. The date above identifies this revision.
