Who we are and what these terms cover

MoneyID, Inc. operates moneyid.app. These terms describe use of our public informational website and inquiries about MoneyID. The website describes software in development. It does not provide access to a live verification or payment service. Any future service or separately invited prototype evaluation will have its own applicable terms.

No enrollment or payment instruction

Selecting “Request access,” emailing us or participating in a research conversation does not create an account, establish a customer relationship, grant product access or authorize a payment. We may discuss research or future availability with you without committing to provide a service.

This website does not check a specific bank account, move money, update vendor records or replace your organization’s verification policies. Fraud figures and incidents linked here provide background about the problem; they are not MoneyID performance results or a promise to prevent loss. Website information is not legal, financial or payment advice. Your team remains responsible for its payment decisions and required controls.

Using the website

Use the site for lawful informational purposes. Do not impersonate another person or organization, introduce malicious software, interfere with the site or attempt unauthorized access to systems or information. These terms do not prevent activities that applicable law permits regardless of a contractual restriction.

Our content and external sources

MoneyID or its licensors own the website’s original content and design. Other names and materials belong to their respective owners. You may read the site, link to it and share reasonable excerpts within your organization to evaluate MoneyID, keeping source and ownership notices. Other uses of protected MoneyID material require permission unless allowed by law. These terms do not grant a license to MoneyID technology, inventions or trademarks.

Links to external reports and websites are provided for context. We do not control those websites, and a link does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement. Their content and use are subject to their own terms. Read cited information in its original context and date.

Inquiries, research and feedback

Please share only information you are authorized to disclose. Do not email bank details, payment instructions, passwords or identity documents. Avoid confidential third-party material unless appropriate permissions and arrangements have been agreed in advance.

We may use voluntarily shared general suggestions about MoneyID’s product to help develop MoneyID, without promising compensation unless separately agreed. This permission does not include information about your organization or confidential third-party information. We do not claim ownership of your employer’s processes, existing documents or other pre-existing materials merely because you discuss them with us.

Our Privacy notice describes information handling and the rules for research recordings, AI tools and attribution. Separately agreed permissions and arrangements remain applicable.

Website availability and responsibility

We may update, suspend or retire parts of the informational website. We do not promise continuous availability or that every item of website information will always be complete, current or free from error. To the extent permitted by law, the informational website is provided as available without warranties about its availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

These website limitations do not change obligations in a separate written agreement or excuse any duty or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. They do not turn website information into a verification result or authorize reliance on a private prototype for a real payment.

Separate agreements and changes

These terms do not replace a separately signed agreement with MoneyID, an agreed research permission, or terms specifically provided for an evaluation or future service. The relevant separate agreement governs its own subject matter.

We may revise these website terms. The effective date and change note identify the current version. Revisions apply prospectively; posting revised website terms does not itself amend a separately signed agreement or expand an existing research permission.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
